After fermentation, the wines are matured for one year in French oak barrels. Throughout the maturing process, the different batches are regularly tasted with our consultant oenologist, Antoine Médeville, before the final blend is chosen to craft Château Fonréaud and Légende de Fonréaud. Finally, 20 months after the harvest, the wine is bottled at the estate and kept in the bottle cellar before sales.
